J1.6: New language ini file / process needed for backend CB menu translations
Description
I am attaching the 2 ini files that work on Joomla 1.5.
We need some equivalent for Joomla 1.6.0.

Add note from skype discussion with Akeeba Nick:
The name of the file has changed. Instead of xx-XX.com_something.menu.ini it is now
xx-XX.com_something.sys.ini
Everything else is more or less the same with one IMPORTANT difference:
the over-ride name must be defined as COM_YOURCOMPONENT in the XML file and you should use this
translation string in sys.ini
See how I had to do it in Akeeba Backup to get idea

This is exactly how it is done already. Please see administrator/components/com_comprofiler/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_comprofiler.sys it is designed exactly after Akeebas, but oddly is not functioning.

Patch won't take affect unless a re-install is made! This is because the menu names need to actually be the language strings or it won't translate (no other way to translate).
