jwysiwyg is still being worked on heavily so upgrade isn't worth yet.

r1514, r1515, r1516 rename folder and files from 1.5.0 to 1.5.2.
r1517 does XML work: Renaming CB to 1.7 B1 for component and Renaming jQuery folder and files from 1.5.0 to 1.5.2 for component
r1518 does XML work: Renaming CB to 1.7 B1 for modules
