Description

In all cases (CBSubs Presentation Emails, CB Emails, CB Auto Actions, CBSubs Emails, etc..) the BCC address is never reached. Seams perhaps new library with CB 1.7.1 release broke BCC usage. TO is functional however. CC may also need review.
