J1.5: CB 1.8 B2: Backend & Frontend JUser load error
Description
When constructing a user object you're spammed with errors like the below.
JUser::_load: Unable to load user with id: 0
This occurs all over frontend and backend on Joomla 1.5. For example viewing your profile on frontend and you'll see 5+ of the same error.

Thanks for finding it.
This regression from r1670 got fixed in r1675 .
(as not a bug in CB1.7.1, i'm closing it as fixed but rejected.
