Description
When trying to view a userlist set to Public access as a Super Administrator (Special) you're given "You are not authorized to view this page!".
- Status changed from New to Rejected
- Assignee set to beat
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
- Estimated time set to 1:00 h
r1747 fixes this new bug introduced by previous commit.
Thus marking this bug as solved but rejected as it does not affect CB 1.8 RC.
