Description

If you try to check a box and then click the Edit button in the CB Plugin Manager nothing happens,

As reported by Alex on workgroup forum.

Patches fix the usage of "hidemainmenu" to "cbhidemainmenu". What it does is hide the menu above the content page "User Management | Tab Management | etc.." so it has its uses, but it needed to be fixed to use CBs own JS function (which part 2 implements) instead of depending on Joomlas. Next the part 1 patch changes the plugin management edit button to behave the same as all the other edit buttons (doesn't hide the menu).
