J3.0: Page titles in backend show html

Description
When viewing backend the page title appears to have HTML (quick nav links and icon) being added to it. This appears to be due to title usage change on J3.0.
- Target version set to CB 2.0.0
- Status changed from New to Assigned
- Status changed from Assigned to Resolved
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
Page title is now extracted from HTML. If fails to match runs through Joomla filter function to clean it.
- Status changed from Resolved to Closed
