Description
Rewrite the login module so it uses Joomla MVC. This will allow template overriding its display much easier. Much of the HTML needs redone as well.

Rewrite the core modules included with CB instead of just the login module.
Include a regular version and a bootstrap version so Bootstrap styled templates will have appropriately designed layouts.
