Surround pluginclass html content with CB template class div

Description
This will allow plugin calls to properly have CB template styling applied. It should not add this if the output is raw though.
- Status changed from Assigned to Resolved
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
tabClass will now properly surround non-raw results for pluginclass calls with cb template classed div. This allows universal styling. For example CB template can now properly style CBSubs globally.
Plugins like GJ also no longer need to append this.
