Description

After completing the Bootstrap template upgrade replace existing CB template CSS with CB Bootstrap CSS that has been cut down to match the previous template appearances. For example get rid of button styles in the other templates and adjust the tab styling as needed.

The purpose of this is to ensure the other templates are fully functional with the new HTML adjustments. This also will give a more professional and uniform look as the older templates do not meet todays standards.
