Implement repeating parameter group
Description
Implement, if possible, a new parameter group type. It would surround a group of parameters like fieldset does, but would cause any parameters in it to repeat by auto appending an incremented index to each parameter. Basically like the way CB Auto Actions does it.

This would only be able to be implemented in an extremely basic form at this time due to if, fieldset, and tab type usages. Implement at a later time when if usage can be more dynamic (maybe class based instead?).
