Deprecate all core templates except Default

Description
Remove the other templates then replace Default with Bootstrap (it'll still be named Default). This means only a single core template is to be included. Variants can be provided later as Bootstrap 3 themes.

- % Done changed from 0 to 100
All core templates except Bootstrap, which is now Default have been removed. Running CB tools will allow users to remove the iscore flag so they can be uninstalled.
