Description

This will allow a Joomla template or some other usage to load in Bootstrap and Fontawesome instead of CB. So for example if you've a Bootstrap 3 Joomla template and want CBs design to match it you'd simply toggle CBs Bootstrap off and instantly have a consistent look.
