This only happens if a Joomla system plugin loads CB foundation file. This results in the previous CB release foundation file being used during installation, which breaks installation.

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Install CB 1.9.1
  2. Install CBSubs Main and CBSubs Bot
  3. Enable CBSubs Main and CBSubs Bot
  4. Install CB 2.0
