Upgrading from Beta 2 to Beta 3 caused CBLib install to fail

Description
When upgrading from Beta 2 to Beta 3 the below install error is thrown.
Community Builder library lib_CBLib version is older than the Community Builder version 1.9.1 tried to be installed.

Package Install: There was an error installing an extension: com_comprofiler.zip

Error installing package
This only happens if a Joomla system plugin loads CB foundation file. This results in the previous CB release foundation file being used during installation, which breaks installation.
Steps to reproduce:
- Install CB 1.9.1
- Install CBSubs Main and CBSubs Bot
- Enable CBSubs Main and CBSubs Bot
- Install CB 2.0
- Priority changed from Normal to Immediate
- Assignee changed from krileon to beat
- Estimated time set to 24:00 h
- % Done changed from 0 to 20
- Estimated time changed from 24:00 h to 30:00 h
This means rewriting plugin.foundation and other installer-required librarires into CBLib.
