Description

Plugins being able to install new libraries through CB plugins would be handy to extend API. Example path as follows.

\CBLib\Plugin\CBActivity\Database\Table\ActivityTable.php

MR !468 implements this with this syntax:

    <libraries>
        <library name="CBQueryLib">
            <files folder="library">
                <filename>CBQueryLibNamespace.php</filename>
            </files>
