Description

I went through the process of upgrading an existing CB 1.9.1 site with extra add-ons installed and then visited the profile page to notice that many items have been changed because of the upgrade (canvas image and tab are on, etc.).

The upgrade experience should be managed better - we either keep existing profiles as they are or we migrate them to take advantage of new layout.

New "Load Canvas Layout" has been added to upgrade existing installs to canvas layout usage.
