Text based fields now have a Placeholder Value parameter that appears in their Parameters -> Display tab.

The current Parameter field name is: Placeholder Value

The Current tooltip is: Optionally input substitution supported placeholder value.

I propose the following changes to make parameter clearer:

Parameter field name --> HTML Placeholder Attribute Value

Tooltip --> Optionally input value to be displayed in empty field in edit mode (substitutions are supported).
