During overflow for small displays or too many tabs the More dropdown can be lost as it becomes overflow. Change it to 3 bars that are always fixed to far right and can not overflow so tabs can't be lost. If possible improve the jQuery to detect when a tab overflows so it can be pushed to More if necessary. CB Menu should also have a Nested position that does the same behavior.
