Credits page shows an empty toolbar on iphone
Description
Testing responsiveness I noticed that the backend credits page when viewed on an iphone safari device shows a toolbar button that expands to an empty list.
Maybe the toolbar button should not appear if nothing exists?

Related to #4644:
We can also get rid of our php-implemented fancy credits page as is and convert it to ahawow. But really not urgent.
Moving this to 2.1.

Title fixed in MR !392, Toolbar item will be added with control panel menu so a back button can be added.
