Plugin fields losing type and name is being prefixed

Description
Fields created by plugins are having their type lost and their name prefixed. This shouldn't be the case. For example see CB Invites.
- Status changed from Assigned to Resolved
- Priority changed from Normal to Urgent
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
- Subject changed from plugin fields losing type and name is being prefixed to Plugin fields losing type and name is being prefixed
Type was lost due to plugins installing without a viewaccesslevel so it couldn't load. This is already fixed in Master for RC3.
- Priority changed from Urgent to Normal
- Status changed from Resolved to Closed
