Confirmation email does not substiture language string
Description
With prerelease RC3 I did a frontend user sign-up test.
Email received by applicant shows:
From address as:
REGISTRATION_EMAIL_FROM_NAME <nant@joomlapolis.com>
Same issue present with moderation emails and welcoming emails.
