Description

Did a parallel comparison between CB 191 an CB 2.0 and verified that something in CB 2.0 RC3 is causing this issue:

Installed CB 2.0 RC3 on a clean Joomla 3.3.3 site.
Installed CBSubs 3.0 main plugin and published it.
Checked that the Subscription tab was Public and published.
Created a single TEST subscription plan and published it.

Plan does not appear on registration form.
Subscription tab does not appear in frontend profiles.
Subscription tab in backend profiles is empty.
Subscription tab in backend new user creation process has the plan in it.
