Invoice popup in Baskets page opens new tab in browser instead of new smaller window
Description
CBSubs 3.0 GPL installed on CB 2.0 RC3.
When I visit the Baskets page and see a row with an invoice button - if I click on it a new browser tab opens with the invoice.
On Cb 191 the button will open a new browser window with invoice.

This is due to the target being "_blank" instead of "popup". As "_blank" is designed to open new window using standard href behavior.

This is to be fixed in CSubs by changing _blank to popup. Currently it's still usable so there's no need to make any changes.
