CBSubs 3.0 on a CB 2.0 install.

If I install the taxes plugin but I do not publish it and then visit the Taxes panel I see the message:

The integration plugin 'CBSubs Tax' is installed but not published.

but it has no Red framing so it is easily missed.

A similar case is the CBSubs content integration plugin that when installed and published without the cbsubsbot plugin gives a message on a plan integrations content tab of:

CBSubs bot installation check
The needed mambot/plugin 'cbpaidsubsbot' is not installed.
