Description

Clean install of CB 2.0 RC3 on a Joomla 3.3.3 site gives a joomla panel layout as seen in panel-1 image.

When I visit and save the admin CB News module I then get new placements as shown in panel-2 image

When I visit and save the CB Updates module I get panel-3.

The modules should be placed by default at the end and side-by-side and the default bootstrap size should be 6 instead of 0 in the XML and PHP.

Modules are already in cpanel position and have Bootstrap size 6 as default. The modules are moving because Joomla is resetting the ordering. The ordering is set initially to 99 to ensure they'd be last. How Joomla translate that to ordering of 1 is beyond me. Doesn't seam to be an issue of the module, but an issue in Joomla. Default bootstrap size is outside the scope of module params; that can't be changed to default to 6.
