Moderators visiting a profile page of a pending approval user see Error message instead of warning message
Description
Process:
1. Frontend registration and confirmation email link clicked
2. Moderator logs in and sees CB Workflow link
3. Moderator visits frontend user profile and see red Error message that the user has not been approved yet by moderator
I believe that this should be a warning message instead of an error message?

Also wondering is the Request Connection button and message should also show up here - are people allowed to establish connections with not approved users?

regarding the separate issue raised in comment#1: These users are moderators, so from a "allowed" perspective it's ok. However not sure how that works for other connection workflows steps which might take in account the approved status while this step does not. Please open separate tracker (to follow the 1 tracker per issue rule)
