As reported by user on ticket # 416534

This works:

1. CB User Manager - check single user (superadmin in my case)
2. Click on Mass Mail button
3. Create subject = testing
4. Create message = testing
5. Click send

Everything works

Repeat above but in step 4 add a second line of text. After click the send button you will get the screen stalled on
Send Email to 1 users with no progress in bar.
