Allow blank value option for select fields

3:25 Just noticed that the select field has NO initial title. I mean, it is blank and I miss something like "- choose this -". As far as I can see, there is no parameter or option to set this text. Any chance for it? Or maybe an option to use the field label/title instead. The label on the left side is hidden, and the select would show: - Marital status -

to be able to supply the blank value label for selects.. that could add a lot of personality to sites (we add them for all our selects)

Should also implement support for optgroups. Basically supply an option with a label, but no value and it becomes an optgroup.
