There is a language string (admin_language.php):

'CB_PROFILE' => '!CB Profile', (I put a ! in front to test).

But this is not translated as shown in image.

Fixed in MR !677

The page title isn't a language string, but is the CB profile menu link title. MR adds a default page title as well as support for a Joomla menu link to a users send mail form.
