Implement support for plugin by plugin routers

Description
Currently plugin component pages have pretty terrible SEF results. The reason for this is CBs router.php can't really handle such dynamic URLs as it has no idea what any of the information means. This results in some ugly URLs. However, if each plugin could provide its own router file to implement its own SEF handling of its own URLs this could significantly improve SEO of component plugins like GroupJive.
