"Update Now" button in CB admin module goes to joomlapolis.com instead of updating. Should be renamed to "Learn more" + a new "Update now" button created there
Description
The update button should:
1. Re-enable CB update channel if it got disabled
2. Purge the updates cache for CB
3. Refetch the joomla updates
4. Execute the joomla update or go to the joomla update page.

Would be nice if this could go into master, a button going to our homepage to "upgrade" doesn't look good.
At least changing destination of button to Joomla Upgrades page, and putting link to our homepage nearby.
