Description
When hitting an access denied page the return url is supposed to be sent to CB and set in the form for POST, but it's not working correctly so the user ends up being sent to the home page.

Could not confirm with multiple test cases.
Menu Item test was done, which sends you to CB Login. In this test I was returned to the menu item after login.
Joomla content test was done, which does NOT send you to a login page and instead displays "You are not authorised to view this resource.". If a CB Login module is present on this page you will be sent back to it on login. In this test case if something sends you to a login page then it's that something that's causing the problem as that is not normal Joomla behavior. Normal Joomla behavior appears to just deny access with no login page presented.

As provided on forums it appears the read more link is the issue. As it's a "login to read more". This happens when an Article is Registered and viewing a category that displays intro (e.g. homepage).
What is not working:
Registered Member is not logged in, and views restricted content with read more link "Login to Read More". Member clicks link and CB_login module is loaded. Member uses module and is redirected to the HOME PAGE. The current page is NOT reloaded.
