Description

Joomla has a new Send Mail parameter in its Global Parameter settings area.

By default this is enabled in Joomla but it seems like CB is picking this up wrong.

So on a default Joomla install (tested with J 3.4 and 3.4.1) no CB emails can be sent and a

The mailer function is currently not enabled warning message appears.

If I toggle the Joomla parameter and save then CB picks it up properly.

The default Joomla setting is Yes (mailer enabled).
