Description

The userlist form submits to GET. This allows sharing of a pre-searched userlist. The idea is good, but in practice the URLs look awful and are incredibly unfriendly. Instead it should just be a normal POST submit. This keeps the URL clean. In addition to this it should allow GET variables for search criteria so you can still link to a pre-seached userlist if you wanted.

Actually, using POST for pagination without searching would be a search-engine issue. That's why in CB 1.0, pagination was GET.

For searches, agree fine with POST (including for pagination). That's how it was in CB 1.x too ;-)
