Description

During our JAB15 discussions with users there was a request to add more CB Tool checks that would help users identify potential issues with their setup.

For example:

1. check if Joomla user registration is still on
2. check if joomla login module still published

Basically add as many checks as possible to let user nknow that maybe things are not seut as wanted.
