File field substituting HTML even for non-HTML substitutions

Description

When you substitute in [FIELD_NAME] for file fields it should be the raw file download URL. It however is substituting in the full HTML, which should only be the case for HTML based substitution usage.

Check video and audio fields as well to ensure their raw output is path only as well. Image field already behaves correctly.
