Searching userlist or browsing through pages causes language to be lost
Description
If the site is multi-lingual with Joomla language switcher usage when you search a userlist it resets to the default site language. Seams either a bug with Joomlas language switcher parsing not handling the form GET usage or possibly an issue with the form URL.

Browsing through user list pages causes language to be lost too.
In the browsing case it also causes Joomla to do a redirect to a new url with language included (which on a site broke something else)

This was fixed by MR !1131 and possibly in addition to !1197 and !1200 (tested on !1200 working fine)
