Forum signature does not migrate from 1.x to 2.x
Description
When installing CB 2.x over CB 1.x the migration of signature doesn't take place. Previously signature was stored in Kunena directly and not CB it self. This results in the signature still working, but on profile edit where the old signature field has been turned into a standard field (or should be at least) it results in the signature being lost on save since it wasn't stored with CB.
