Implement parsing of own activity

Description
Currently the activity for the gallery is pretty simple. Implement acting on activity_onDisplayActivity to alter the display of gallery activity to more nicely fit CB Gallery.
Logging is still left to CB Auto Actions. This is strictly to improve the activity display.
For this to work properly the gallery entries need to be stored with the gallery params so it can restore the gallery. not needed
It should probably act on the load trigger fired by CB Activity to group up gallery activity that are close together to avoid 1 stream entry per gallery entry. So for example uploading 20 photos won't mean 20 activity displays (there would be 20 activity entries, but should only be 1 displayed for all 20).
Additionally a trigger that's fired after a mass-upload is completed could be useful. So for example if I upload 20 photos at the end it sends another ajax call with those 20 photos ids to execute a trigger with those 20 photos included in it.
See #6145 for how the CB Gallery media usage should output. It needs to follow that same design.

Still needs photo activity grouping. Uploading 20 photos shouldn't display 20 activity entries (it's fine to log 20 though).

Comments still need to be changed to be linked to the activity entry and not the photo when grouped and moderator check also needs to be done to determine if unpublished entries can be display.
