Not sure if this is CB relates ...

As description states, it seems that up down buttons on GroupJive plugins do not have any effect on ordering.

GJ has no control over this. Would be a CB bug. Please confirm also with CBSubs integrations as they install the same way.

Confirmed - this is also present with the CBSubs plugins.

CB preinstalled plugins seem to work
