In Users-list term is correctly "Enabled", but in User-edit, term and meaning is opposite: "Blocked"
Description
Think that we should use Joomla's "new" terminology "Enabled" for user edit screen too.
Saw that while looking up to #6024 .
The most funny thing is that in Joomla's User Edit there is the same inconsistency. lol
