Description

Joomla ACL checks are still too heavy. Specifically the below is causing a lot of performance loss.

Application: Finish JAccess::getAssetRules Old (1)

Last time this was reviewed it was an internal usage in Joomlas ACL function missing caching with no way to workaround that, but see if something can be done in CB yet.
