getStrings needs to return the original strings or the overrides instead of both

Description
getStrings should always return the actual language strings unless the overrides are specifically requested. This can be done by adding a var to determine if it should return overrides or not.
- Status changed from Assigned to Resolved
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
- Subject changed from getStrings is returning overrides only if overrides exist to getStrings needs to return the original strings or the overrides instead of both
- Target version changed from CB 2.2 to CB 2.1.3
- Status changed from Resolved to Closed
