Currently these are using their own generated cookies. They should likely instead be using Joomla session as Joomla does. This is causing too many issues with cookie being lost for whatever reason making it impossible for users to register.

Target version changed from CB 2.4 to CB 2.4.1

Not releasing this before full review and just before a release, so pushing to 2.4.1. Idea is to check it in a week or two for nightly release.
