Description
qTip2 appears to be abandoned. Replace it with a new tooltip library or multiple libraries. Since our own cbtooltip jQuery plugin bridges the two jQuery plugins it should be possible to implement B/C. If no replacement can be found review potentially using a forked version.

An update fork can be found below that at least fixes some jQuery 3.x compatibility issues.
