Implement parameter to change backend template
Description
Currently backend template is always forced to default. This limits the ability for backend styling to blend in with custom backend templates. A parameter to select specifically a template only for backend would significantly improve this and would better match Joomla behavior (where you can have a separate frontend and backend template).
