Implement CB Online mode for random user
Description
Implement new Mode for CB Online Module to output random users. As this module already handles multiple usecases for user output (e.g. last registered, most viewed, etc..) it makes most sense for this option to be in it.

Implemented in MR !1462
Works same as ordering by Hits. Simply select Custom Latest mode then under the Custom Latest tab change the Field to Random and it'll order by random.
