Implement plans page upgrade button specific language string
Description
Currently the upgrade button on the plans page is an implode of several generic strings (e.g. Upgrade / Donate). This needs to have a more specific language string in addition to this behavior so it can be overridden specifically (e.g. change it to just say Pay Now).

Implemented as language key UPGRADE_PLANS_BUTTON_OVERRIDE_TEXT with empty string as its text. So if no translation is provided it will fallback to current behavior of imploding the various button texts.
