Description

If "Email Handling" is set to "Display Email Only" then CB Menu displays the email address as an unusable link. This shouldn't display at all.

This is useful for the other types of menus list display types (in plugins -> CB Menu -> Parameters -> Menu display type . It doesn't make sense in Menu Bar display, but that counts as a strange setting.
